We use AI tools to help create and improve this website. Specifically, AI has been used to assist with the website’s layout, images, and written text, and for search engine optimisation (SEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO) purposes. No personal information is used with these AI tools. We do not input, upload, or otherwise share your personal data (including contact form submissions, client details, or analytics data about identifiable individuals) with any AI system. AI is used solely for creating website content, design, and search visibility.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use:
When you first visit our site, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the banner settings or by clearing cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under appropriate safeguards:
Some of our service providers (such as Google) may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or International Data Transfer Agreements/Addendums.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (for processing based on consent). To exercise any right, email a.h.khan16799@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.
Complaints: if you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you can complain to us directly at a.h.khan16799@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond without undue delay, in line with the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and reputable hosting providers. No online transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect data we hold.
Our website and services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website axiominsight.org (the "Website") and the services provided by Hann.io ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide web design and development services (including WordPress and Elementor websites) and SEO/digital marketing services (including search engine optimisation and generative/AI search optimisation). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any project will be set out in a written quote, proposal, or agreement ("Project Agreement"). If a Project Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement takes priority for that project.
We use artificial intelligence tools to assist our work. AI has been used to help create this Website’s layout, images, and written text, and for SEO/GEO (generative engine optimisation) purposes. Tools we use include Google Gemini, Claude (Anthropic, including Claude for coding), and Google Stitch (layout design). We may use similar AI assistance when producing client work; where we do, deliverables are reviewed and finalised by us before delivery.
No personal information is used with these AI tools. We do not share client data, enquiry details, or any other personal information with AI systems. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A project begins when you accept a quote in writing (including by email) and pay any agreed deposit. Changes to the agreed scope may affect price and timeline and will be agreed in writing before extra work begins.
We invoice for our services. Unless the Project Agreement says otherwise: a deposit may be required before work starts; remaining balances are due on the payment terms stated on the invoice; and completed work (including website files and hosting/domain transfers) may be withheld until payment is received in full. Late payments may incur interest and costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Because our services are custom work, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our reasonable discretion, taking into account the work completed at the time of the request. Deposits cover work already scheduled or begun and are generally non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel a project, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
You agree to: provide content, feedback, and approvals promptly; ensure any materials you supply (text, images, logos, data) do not infringe third-party rights; maintain your own access credentials securely; and ensure your use of the delivered website complies with applicable law. Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend project timelines.
You retain ownership of materials you supply. Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you, except for: third-party components (themes, plugins, stock assets, fonts) which remain subject to their own licences; and our pre-existing tools, know-how, and processes, which we retain. We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to in writing.
Search engines and AI platforms control their own rankings and results. While we apply recognised best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, AI-visibility outcomes, or revenue results from SEO, GEO, or marketing services.
Websites we build may rely on third-party services (hosting, domains, plugins, payment processors, analytics, email tools). These are governed by the third parties’ own terms and fees, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or failures. Where we purchase third-party services on your behalf, ongoing costs are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
You must not misuse this Website — including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content in bulk, or using the Website unlawfully. Content on the Website (text, images, branding) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
The Website is provided for general information about our services. We aim to keep content accurate but make no warranties that it is complete, current, or error-free, and it does not constitute professional advice.
We will provide services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, data, or business opportunity; and our total liability arising from any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under English law.
Unless a Project Agreement provides otherwise, we will fix defects in our own work reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge. Issues caused by third-party updates (plugins, themes, hosting), your own changes, or new requirements are chargeable. Ongoing maintenance can be agreed separately.
Either party may end a project in writing if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of notice. On termination, you must pay for all work completed to date, and any licences to unpaid work end.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your engagement applies.
